FAQs

Questions about this service.

Should I form an SMC or a private limited company?

A single member company (SMC) has one shareholder, which suits a sole owner who wants limited liability. A private limited company has two or more shareholders. We'll recommend the right one based on your plans.

How long does incorporation take?

Once all documents are ready, SECP registration usually takes a few working days. We prepare everything so there are no back-and-forth delays.

Do I still need to file if the company had no business?

Yes. Every company must keep up its annual SECP filings even if it was inactive. Missing them leads to penalties, and we can bring a company that's behind back up to date.
